LIFE AT LOWELL

The Lowell School is a New York State approved and accredited not-for-profit coeducational day school founded in 1968. We provide a 12-month specialized academic program for the learning disabled child in a structured and supportive learning environment. Our program serves a student population from elementary school through the age of twenty-one. We respect and nurture the unique qualities of all students within the context of a challenging academic program and offer an environment that encourages and provides opportunities for academic achievement and social growth. Often referred to as "the family school," close cooperation between home and school is the cornerstone of Lowell.
